Designing a diversity, equity, and inclusion tool to attract talent, celebrate diversity, and offer transparency
CLIENT LONG-TERM STOCK EXCHANGE
Project Background
The Long-Term Stock Exchange (LTSE), in a fast-paced growth-stage, wanted to be recruiting the best talent possible. The careers website, as it stood, lacked any human connection, storytelling, delight, or transparency about DEI.
My Role
UI/UX and Web Designer. My role included concepting the new tool, creating low and high-fidelity wireframes, prototyping the designs in Figma, and collaborating with developers on the build.
